“I have to admit that I was sceptical when I came out of our session, as I didn’t really feel any difference in mood or temperament, however, I, and others, have noticed a real change; I am much more relaxed and I have so much more control over food portions and when I eat. It doesn’t even feel like an effort. “Chloe hypnotised me the day before I ran the London Marathon 2012 as I was feeling incredibly under prepared mentally. Having suffered numerous setbacks in training through injury I was very concerned I would not make it through the race. Chloe helped retrain my sub conscious mind to not focus on the pain as a negative but to use it as a positive. I was utterly amazed at the results, at mile 2 when a niggling injury began to flare up I used the techniques we had rehearsed the day before to channel the pain and by mile 3 I had forgotten about it.
